• 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder


1. Mix in all your wet ingredients in a Bowl. (Eggs,peanut butter,butter,vanilla,milk)

2. In a separate mix in all your dry Ingredients(flour,baking powder,salt&sugar)

3. Slowly fold in your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients and mix well until consistent and no dry ingredients are visible

4. Line your muffin tins with paper or lightly grease them.Pour in your muffin batter till about3/4 full or just below the brim

5. Bake this in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean

6. Take them out of the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
