CARROT MUFFINS Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 egg

Directions

1. Mix in all your wet ingredients in a Bowl (Milk,vegetable oil,egg)

2.In a separate bowl mix in your dry ingredients. (Flour,cinnamon,nutmeg,salt,sugar,shredded carrots)

3. Slowly mix in in your wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until no dry ingredients are visible.Do not over mix as this will result to chewy muffins

4. Spoon this into muffin cups or a greased muffin tin

5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200℃ for 15-20 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted in the middle comes out clean

6. Cool and serve
