batata matar patties, matar pattice recipe, aloo matar pattice, vatana pattice, aloo matar tikki, matar pattice, Matar, paneer aloo tikki #MatarPatties #VatanaPattice #AlooMatarkiTikkiIngredients for Matar Aaloo Patties For Dough: Potato - आलू - 6, (500gms) Salt - नमक - 1 tsp Black Pepper - काली मिर्च - 1/2 tsp Sattu or Besan - सत्तू या भुना बेसन - 6 tbsp Cornflour - कॉर्नफ्लोर - 4 tbsp Coriander Leaves - धनिया - 1-2 tbsp For Stuffing: Peas - मटर - 1 Cup Oil - तेल - 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1/2 tsp Salt - नमक - 1/2 tsp Ginger - अदरक - 1 tsp, grated Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 2, finely chopped Coriander Powder - धनिया पाउडर - 1 tsp Salt - नमक - 3/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder - लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder - अमचूर पाउडर - 1/2 tsp Garam Masala - गरम मसाला - 1/4 tsp Paneer - पनीर - 3/4 Cup, (100 grams) Coriander Leaves - धनिया - 1-2 tbspHow to prepare aloo Matar Patties? 1. Coarsely ground 1 cup peas in the mixer grinder. 2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in the Kadai. 3. Add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of grated ginger, 2 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp of coriander powder, and roast the masala briefly. 4. Add coarsely ground peas, 3/4 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of crushed red chili, 1/2 tsp of amchur powder, 1/4 tsp of garam masala, and roast over the low-medium flame for 1-2 mins. 5. Add 3/4 cup of grated paneer, chopped green coriander to the pan and mix well. 6. Grate 6-boiled potatoes, add 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of crushed black pepper, 6 tbsp of sattu flour, 1-2 tbsp of chopped coriander, and prepare the dough. 7. Apply a little oil to your hand and divide the dough into lumps. 8. Apply oil to your hands and make balls of the stuffing. 9. Roll a dough lump into a ball and give it a shallow bowl shape. 10. Add stuffing in the center and cover it by collecting the corners. 11. Apply oil to your hands and make the stuffed patties round. 12. Fry prepared patties in medium hot oil without touching for a few minutes. 13. Once they are slightly brown, turn them around and fry them till golden brown. 14. Take them out when golden brown from all sides. 15.
